Overview

The Eicher caravan is here to give you an experience of home wherever you choose to wander. A friendly, compact in size, cozy van just to make you take back and cherish sugared memories. We give you a reason to take the much-needed break from your day-to-day life, to make you experience what it is like to wake up to different views each day, to explore places, even the depths of the wilderness.

Living Features

The van has a sofa which converts to a bed along with 2 bunk beds sufficient to accommodate 5 people. Van comes with a kitchen inside it with an 8KG cylinder and a single burner and basic kitchen utensils, T.V,  A.C which is engine driven, storage for bags, washroom with a mirror, sink and a hand shower, charging points for phone and laptop, icebox, 5 camping chairs & a moonroof. An important add-on feature would be that it’s pet friendly too.

Cooking Corner

Here, you can do all your cooking within the caravan with a single-burner Stove and 8 kg LPG cylinder, cooking utensils and cutlery. There’s an icebox to keep your things cool.

Delivery Instructions

The caravan is located in Mumbai. Standard timings for check-in and checkout are 2pm and 12pm, The fuel charges will be calculated on a 22-hour basis from garage to garage, even in case of a doorstep pick and drop.

Cost Inclusions 

• The cost includes driver charges and GST.
• The cost excludes toll, fuel and parking charges or any interstate charge and permits
• Pet deposit (INR 2000/-)

Rules and Permits

• Smoking and burning of any mosquito Coils is strictly prohibited.
• We don’t support the consumption of any illegal substance. If found, we will not be responsible and has the right to cancel the trip without a refund.
• Whilst booking, user needs to pay 50% of the entire amount as an advance to block the date.
• If the drop-off is late we have the right to change the drop-off to Vashi incase of a doorstep pick and drop.

Policies:

Booking:

• We take 50% of the total booking amount to block the dates. Remaining amount to be paid before the start of the trip.

Cancellation and refund Policy:

• Cancellation can be done after 48 hours from the booking date. In case the trip is within 48 hours, no cancellation shall be applicable.
• Post that you can only reschedule. Rescheduling has to be done within 30 days from the original trip date. There are no cancellations for the trips opted for rescheduling.

P.S – The trip date is different from the booking date.

Rescheduling Policy: 

• Choose a date within 30 days of the booking date.
• There would be no change in the rental amount unless shifting from a weekday date to a weekend date.
• If rescheduled and cancelled, no refund shall be provided

Deposits Policy:

• The deposit is returned within 2 days of your trip.
• For 1-2 days, the deposit would be 5000/-
• For 3-10 days the deposit will be 10000/-
• For 11+ days it would be 15000/-
