This includes fresh bedding, air conditioning facilities, an electric water heater, a GPS and a mobile charging slot. It also features a washroom equipped with a bath and shower. Relish meals on-the-go on the dining table, from a kitchen equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, a refrigerator, microwave and induction/LPG gas for cooking. There is also a separate tank for wash water and sewage. An external electricity supply or generator supply takes over when the vehicle’s engine is turned off. You can communicate with the driver through a separate arrangement. Ample storage allows you to carry everything of utility with you. Enjoy the smart TV and music system for indoor relaxation and a tent to chill under the stars, outdoors. Delivery Instructions
The caravan is located in Aurangabad and can be made available to any preferred location across the country. The charges for the same will be calculated from garage to garage on a 24-hour basis.
Costs Inclusions
- The cost of the Caravan rental per day in included.
- Everything else will have to be paid by the user like fuel, toll, parking, Interstate Permits, food, etc.
- Driver and Helper charges of INR 2000/- is excluded in rental.

Rules and Permits
- The Caravan is not per friendly
- Smoking is not allowed in Caravan
- The vehicle is insured and comes with a yellow number plate. This Caravan has a basic permit for Maharashtra. In the case of the vehicle traveling to other states, a special permit can be procured for the required routes
- All travelers must carry and show at least one government ID upon vehicle collection.
Policies:
Booking:
- Bookings made 14 days prior to travel date can be confirmed by paying a non-refundable booking amount of 30% of total rental.
- Balance 70% needs to be paid by or before 14 days prior to travel date.
Cancellation/re-scheduling and refund Policy:
- Refund will not be made for any missed services in respect of the trip.
Upto 14 days prior to travel:
- Cancellation: Full refund ( Except 30% booking amount)
- Re-scheduling: No change fee, fare difference if there, needs to be paid. New dates are subject to caravan availability.
Between 13 to 8 days prior to travel:
- Cancellation: 50% of the rental will be refunded ( Excluding 30% booking amount)
- Re-scheduling: No change fee, fare difference if there, needs to be paid. New dates are subject to caravan availability.
Upto 7 days:
- Cancellation: 100% of the rental will be retained by Operator.
- Re-scheduling: No change fee, fare difference if there, needs to be paid. New dates are subject to caravan availability.
Deposits Policy:
- For travel upto 2 days, refundable deposit will be one day rental.
- For travel of 3 or more days, refundable deposit will be 50% of the total rental.
